Torana represents 3 major symbols i.e Earth (Naag Kanya), Heaven (Garuda) and Hell (Makara). The torana can be found at the entrance gate of the temple & inside the main temple as well. 

On the front gate & at the center of the deity, an image of Amoghapasa Lokeshwor can be found at the center of the intricate torana. In general, the torana serves as an indicator of which deity is inside the building of every different temple.
