Shahashrabhuja Lokeshwor
Shahashrabhuja Lokeshwor,the oldest deity present in Janabaha is a Bodhisattva depicted with a thousand hands and eyes, is the son of Amitabha Buddha and is prominently visible in the gilded image at the Torana above the main entrance of the Janabaha Dyo temple in Kathmandu.
This figure, featuring eleven heads with the top one being Amitabha Buddha, symbolizes the ability to liberate sentient beings from suffering. He represents one of the 108 forms of Lokeshwor and is popular in East Asia.
